| Mission |
Notre client dans la Construction Grands Projets,conçoit et réalise partout dans le monde de Grands Projets de Génie Civil et de Bâtiment.
Dans le cadre du projet Novarka, qui consiste en la conception et la construction d’une enceinte de confinement en forme d’arche (20 000 tonnes) pour le réacteur nucléaire de Tchernobyl, nous recherchons un Responsable Matériel de site.
Referring to the Site Management, your assignements cover :
- management of the site plant manager with a team of 4 expatriates and up to 40 local maintenance personnel, as well as up to 120 local plant operators
- scheduled maintenance of up to 150 pieces of heavy construction equipment, including mobile cranes and large crawler cranes, 3 concrete batching plants and concrete delivery equipment for a total value of 35 MEuros
- recruitment of suitable local personnels : mechanics, electricians and plant operators
- setting up a suitable maintenance facility with tools
- setting up a suitable preventative maintenance program and implement it
- control stock of spare parts and rationalise its costs
- reporting on all maintenance activities
- keeping plant breakdown to acceptable levels
- ensuring working of the department 7 days/week
- be informed and management of radiological control and contamination control
- budget establishment and cost control |
| Profil |
Graduated from a middle school in heavy equipment mechanical engineering.
Experience in plant maintenance at a civil or offshore construction site.
Proven leadership as a Plant Manager
Familiar with preventative plant maintenance for mechanical equipement with a total combined value of more than 30 MEuros
Experience abroad is an absolute must
Capable of managing maintenance staff and operators some 100 in number
Electrical maintenance
Capable of use of Microsoft office products
Fluent in English. Use of Russian and French are of big advantage |
